Frankie recently achieved his Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety showing his dedication and commitment to high standards in the bakes that he delivers.

Frankie hopes that his dedication to baking will find him a place on The Great British Bake Off Junior competition. He has many plans and wonderful ideas of what he would produce for the judges to enjoy.
